The actress is settling in to snowy and chilly New York City to begin shooting her next film, the drama Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.
Bullock, 46, will co-star with Tom Hanks in the film, her first since winning an Oscar and becoming mom to little Louis, 1. Also in the cast: Viola Davis and Jeffrey Wright. The plot focuses on a nine-year-old boy from Manhattan whose father died on 9/11, according to IndieWire. Filming may start as early as Monday, if not by Feb. 1.
Meanwhile, RadarOnline reports that Bullock's ex, Jesse James plans to tie the knot with Kat Von D. next month.
